Deron J. Strickland, MBE is the owner of Strickly Appraisals. Deron started his real estate appraisal career in the 1990's as a staff appraiser under the guidance of Mr. William Price Jr., SRPA, SRA at Real Property Appraisals in Chicago. In 2000, Deron started Strickly Appraisals. As a member of the Illinois General Residential Appraisal community, Deron is also a member of the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers, Appraisal Institute, Chicago Association of Realtors, National Society of Real Estate Appraiser's, Bronzeville Business Association and The Illinois Coalition of Appraisal Professionals.
